The party happens every February or March, ending 40 days before Easter and commemorating the close of the long, hot Brazilian summer with a lavish, world-renowned Carnival parade in the Sambadrome. Also on tap are popular itinerant street parties called blocos, and chic, high-gloss costumed balls called bailes. Full Day City Tour in Rio de Janeiro

Day City Tour – Christ Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain and Copacabana Beach Begin with a train ride to see the Christ the Redeemer Statue at Corcovado Mountain. The train rides through a railway inside Tijuca  National Park, the largest urban forest in the world, making a unique view over Rio de Janeiro city. Enjoy an amazing ride on a train that takes you right up to the foot of the statue of The Christ, one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World and one of the most famous sights in Brazil.

Next stop is Sugar Loaf. You will travel all the way to the top in two steps by cable car. The first cable car takes us to Urca Hill, a vantage point 215 meters high for which already grants beautiful views of Guanabara Bay and its islands, the Rio-Niteroi Bridge, and Corcovado Mountain.From this stage, a second cable car takes us up to the top. At 395 meters, we will enjoy splendid views of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress, and several beaches of Niteroi

The Brazilian side of the fall it’s a sightseeing walking tour of 1 mile that takes about one hour and a half, easy for all ages and not physically demanding. At the end there is a panoramic elevator that takes you up to a tower from which you can see all the beauty of the falls from up above. The view from Brazil displays the whole 2.8 km canyon of falls from Iguazu. You will have lunch at Porto Canoas Restaurant. Much more than flavors, the place has a unique energy and view of the Iguazu Falls, a World Wonder of Nature. From any point of the establishment, you can feel and see the immensity and grandeur of the largest set of waterfalls in the world. The visit to the restaurant is a gastronomic journey within your tour of the Falls. Located a few meters from the Visitor Reception Center Iguaçu National Park, the Bird Park is a theme park aimed at the conservation and breeding of animals, and today is considered the largest in Latin America as a field. In his 16 hectares of native forest, the park receives an average of 900 birds of 150 different species from all over the world as well as numerous species of butterflies, marmoset monkeys, crocodiles, pythons and hummingbirds. The route is through a 1,300- meters track that lead the visitor to different nurseries, which makes possible the direct contact of the tourist with some species. During the way to the falls on the Argentine side, we cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge with 480 m long, built in 1985 and known as the “Bridge of Brotherhood”, it promotes unity between two friendly countries (Brazil and Argentina). The Falls on the Argentine side, are located in the National Park Iguazú, Misiones Province, 28 km from the center of  Foz  do Iguazu. When we get to the National Park, we passed a visitors center endowed with excellent infrastructure, which offers restaurants, toilets, medical statements and panels on the biodiversity of the park.From this point, we left for the two stations ecological trains that take visitors for a ride of about 20 minutes through the forest, stopping at various points for loading and unloading. The first stop will be the Cataratas Station, initiating the visit to the Superior, and a ride over the falls through a walkway of approximately 1100 m in length, soon after Circuit Lower Falls where you walk under the falls via a walkway about 1600 m long, and after the end of this path, we will go to the station the Devil’s Throat, which is the most important point, a tour of contemplation on the upper Iguazu River on a footbridge flat with  approximately 1100 m in length allowing admire and appreciate the stunning spectacle offered by nature: the magnitude of the jump “Devil’s Throat”. On the Argentine side of the park the visitor experiences a direct contact with nature, and in some points of the tracks, comes very close to the heels. The lunch is at El Fortin Restaurant, located inside the National Park of Iguazu, meter away from the Iguazu Fall´s upper circuit.
